The most perfect place for vacation you could imagine. There are no words to describe how large the resort is and all the amenities they have, from the heating pools to the water slides and so many bars and restaurants. All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

LOVED the staff. so incredibly kind and thoughtful, throwing a birthday dinner for me. Lovely guesthouse with good sized rooms, very comfy beds and amazing breakfast. Owner was always there to help to plan tours and get around. They are continuing to invest into the building, with a lot of great ideas (BBQ area, sun deck, organic vegetable garden). Wishing them all the best for the future !

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

The hotel was excellent, the attention from the beginning was the best. The owner gave me all the information and details about the place, nearby restaurants, supermarkets, exchange house etc. It is a safe location, like the vast majority of places in Marsa Alam, there are many points that are under construction. The room was great air conditioner working properly and a good mattress. The bathroom was clean, with amazing hot water I strongly recommene the stay at this hotel. Oh, I forgot... breakfast ten out of ten, just to start the day with full energy and join the different tours, by the way, you can find them in the same hotel, these tours are a very good cost benefit.
