From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the remarkable level of service offered by the staff of the St. Regis Hotel. Their commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction I had. The staff was not only professional, but incredibly warm and caring (spacial thanks to Alaa and the manager of the Italian Restaurant). They were attentive to every detail of my stay, which greatly contributed to making my trip memorable. The rooms at the St. Regis Hotel were simply sumptuous. They were spacious, elegantly decorated. The comfort of the bedding and the impeccable cleanliness of the room contributed greatly to my well-being during my stay. The hotel Italian restaurant was also an exceptional culinary experience. The food was exquisite, and the restaurant staff were not only knowledgeable in suggesting dishes, but they also showed great courtesy and a keen sense of hospitality.
