Value for money this hands down has to be the best place to land and stay in Cairo. Super friendly staff and owner make you feel at home and take care of booking all your activities if you want that option. View of the Pyramids is insanely good from the roof top. If I could vote 11 out of 10 I would.

The brothers who run the hotel, Mizo and Mouffa, were great hosts! I arrived at 3.30am and they were awake waiting for me after sorting out a transfer from the airport, with a welcome drink waiting for me on arrival. They were really helpful in sorting out a tour guide for a few days for me, Islam, who was also fantastic. The rest of the staff were extremely polite and were available whenever needed. Mizo checked in everyday by WhatsApp to make sure everything was going ok which was a nice touch. The views from the rooftop are spectacular, and you get a great view of the nightly light show of the Pyramids. I’d definitely book again for the service alone, but the location next to the Pyramids can’t be beaten. The cost was more than reasonable, a true hidden gem!

The staff has a strong sense of service. When we arrived at the check-in time, it was a little late, and they helped us take our luggage to the room. The restaurant staff is also very enthusiastic and meets your needs in time. Everyone has a smile on their face, which is the most basic service

Wow! This hotel is exactly what you need if you want to stay near Giza Pyramids. Especially if you are coming to Egypt for the first time, because the staff is so nice, kind and helpful! Thank you again! This hotel absolutely destroys all the bad myths about Egypt, it is clean, comfy and once again, the hotel staff is lovely! They do everything they can to satisfy all your wants and needs.

The hotel was super clean. Rooms wew very comfortable and we had breakfast on a roof terrace with pyramid view. Besho has helped us with organizing transportation in and outside of cairo, saving us haggling with the drivers and giving us peace of mind that we will get back to cairo on time to catch the flight. The hotel is located very near the entrance to the pyramid complex. There are now hop-on hop-off buses within the pyramid complex, which provide a comfortable way of transport (included in the site access fee). Don't get overwhelmed by the camel and horse carriage transport offers, the site buses stop right behind the entrance to the left, on the same spot as tour buses, you need to come back from the sphinx towards the entrance). I think this is one of the best options for accomodation when you are visiting the pyramids, you want to be there early in the morning, to avoid big crowds, especially if you want to go inside the pyramids.

Ideally set in the Giza district of Cairo, Pyramids Island is situated 500 metres from Great Sphinx, 1.4 km from Giza Pyramids and 15 km from Cairo Tower.

My stay at the hostel was incredible! The room had an amazing view of the Great Pyramids, and waking up to that sight every morning was truly unforgettable. The room was cozy and well-equipped, featuring a jacuzzi where I could relax while enjoying the stunning view. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. While the traffic in the area was quite heavy at times, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I want to extend my gratitude to Adel for arranging fantastic tours to the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum. His expertise and recommendations made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the wonders of Giza
