We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station and close to many of Alexandria’s main attractions. We booked a room with a direct sea view, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and well-maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff—they were superb from start to finish. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to travel plans to Cairo, but the staff handled the situation professionally and even refunded the unused portion of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alexandria!

It's in a great spot, the staff are super friendly, and the photos are accurate. A bit noisy from the street, but they've got earplugs at the front desk. Definitely recommend it.

The property was really nice, they are still doing some renovation works in some other apartments but it is even better because then more people can enjoy the nice location and calm and really well designed stay. I liked all ammendities, sorry did not check Tv as not tv watching person. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean upon arrival. Check-in was easy. Balcony was nice. Shower and toilet was clean and nice. Kitchen had almost everything you need, was misisng dishwashing liquid but I also did not ask so maybe it would be provided.
