Our family of six loved our stay at Pickalbatros Sea World Resort. The resort is vast, modern, and very well maintained. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating, with a special mention to Mr. Ahmed Elsehemy from the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and well-equipped with all the amenities a family needs. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The resort’s pools and water slides were a highlight for our family. The children also had a lot of fun at the VR arcade (included!). There is a wide variety of food options catering to different tastes. We wish we would have stayed longer. We highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We would love to return!

The staff is really lovely, kind and helpful at any moment! The hotel has the prettiest gardens and the beach is followed by an pier that gives you the opportunity to go straight in to the sea to say hi to the underwater wildlife! Breakfast and dinner buffet offer you fresh, delicious and homecooked meals everyday. We 100% recommend Silver Beach Hotel for your next dive trip, and even if you dont dive you‘ll be able to unwind, enjoy the hotels spa and totally switch off from your daily life. Absolutely brilliant hotel manager Hosni who went above and beyond to make us feel the most welcomed and ensured we had a wonderful comfortable stay. Good facilities, Aqua park , beach . Our see view room was very nice.

I used to go to this resort every year as a child and now I came back after 15 years. It's still amazing. The coral reef is still beautiful and the food has even become better. I can highly recommend this hotel because the price value experience is amazing.

Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing sea view, perfect location. Near is many shops, restaurants, coffe shops, nice calm place for walking here. Fully equipped kitchen. We had always hot water, washing machine in apartment. Whenever we needed something Mr. Mohammad kindly help us, everything was was quick, smooth. We highly recommend the accommodation.

I had a great time. Karim helped with transfers and activities, advised on trips by boat and land and diving and helped negotiate the best deals. The place is well kept and with the bicycles you get to town and desert and beaches. As a single traveling woman I felt safe and looked after.

Just everything: The safari in the desert and the snorkling in the deep see and coral reef were amazing. The refreshing and nice smell from the flowers all over the garden was so calming. The bottomless food and drinks is a very good concept, particularly for families and those tight on budget. The architecture and landscape design, including the smart use of the huge space are fabulous. All this would'nt be perceivable without the very friendly staff and management team, including the very polite and humble posture of the manager himself. They really understand what customer care is about. I can go on and on but I stop here to gather more impressions during the next visit.

The apartment is very beautiful, large & well equiped for cooking. Hence suitable for a long stay, also for groups as more appartments are available. The location is safe and close to the beach. It's also close to the road, but without much noise. In the night there is less traffic and we slept very well in the comfortable beds. The beach is clean and very good for swimming. If you prefer the best local beach with services, you can walk to Mövenpick resort (5 min walk), but you need to pay of course (about 12 EUR). For transport you can stop any taxi passing by. Quseir is a peaceful small city, more authentic and less touristic (than Hurghada). The owner of the house is the best host we had in Egypt. He is very friendly and supports you with everything you need by phone (in good English). He helped us with many useful information. I hope to come back one day, to stay in one of his beautiful apartments & hopefully to meet him personally. The local house manager speaks more Arabic than English, but is also very kind and shows you everything you may need (e.g. to find a closeby supermarket). THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
