He went above and beyond, from recommending fantastic à la carte restaurants to upgrading our room and assisting with anything we needed. He’s an absolute gem! The hotel itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. There are multiple pools, and no matter what time we came down, there were always plenty of loungers available. The food and drinks were just incredible. The buffet was a solid 10/10 every day, offering so much variety and quality. And the steak at the rooftop restaurant? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had! Our room was brand new, stylish, and had breathtaking views from the balcony. But what truly stood out was the staff—everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We felt so well taken care of, and it made our vacation even more special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with top-notch service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!
