Great overall experience - starting with a delicious welcome drink up to a flexible check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was good and you have a lot of variety with the 12 restaurants including 2 buffets, the rooms are beautiful designed and very clean plus you have an awesome sea view. I never expected it to be so beautiful and clean, and the host extremely friendly! I loved the garden, I loved the white sheets it gave a clean and peaceful vibe! The kitchen and the living room was extremely beautiful and cosy! I regret not staying longer! It was a short transit stay but it felt like home and I would definitely return!

This hotel is paradise on earth. apartment I stayed in was beautiful, with a modern kitchen and a cozy balcony. Local garden pool was calm, surrounded by tropical plants, and perfect for relaxing. The beach was so close, just a short walk through a charming neighborhood. staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. I felt safe and cared for during my entire stay.

I was impressed with how well this hotel blends elegance and convenience. The kitchenette and dining area made the room feel like home, while the terrace gave us gorgeous views. Right next to the beach and includes 2 beach beds. Bavaro beach is incredible quality and is the main reason for this location choice. There is AC in each room. The private rooftop terrace is great and there are two other balconies. The pool is very well maintained. There is security each evening. House keeping is every other day or so. The communication from staff is very good. The sunsets views from the south facing balcony or the terrace are fantastic.
