this is one if the best staying I had traveling all around the World. the people in charge of the villa are extremely helpful and always ready to help with any problems or questions. The villa is in a peaceful environment with a excellent pool for the hot days so you can relax and refresh yourself in a hot day. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve been served with an extremely generous time span of 7:30-11:30 so we didn’t need to worry about missing it if you wanted to sleep in. The apartment was huge and had everything you need with an amazing pool area literally steps from your room and the beach a few steps further. We were worried to hear loud music from cars and scooters on the balcony and in the living room but the bedrooms were so soundproof we had amazing sleeps. The staff is the best. They can arrange pickup and tours and whatever you need. They even text me that a massage day was available and could be in the private gazebo by the pool or your room if you preferred. What a treat! I don’t understand any of the negative reviews because this place was beyond our expectations.

We loved this apartment! Sure it was a bit worn-out, but it had some kind of old-school charm and it was really spacious. Our favourite place was the balcony. In bedrooms there was plenty of storage room. The location is also very good - to the right (facing towards the ocean) are nice bars and restaurants, very cool Punta Popy beach. To the left is busy streetlife with shops, bars, fast food places etc. Our host was heplful and very responsive.

This place is awesome, beautiful new building, quiet and relaxing place. The girls at reception were very courteous and helpful. The apartment was great, clean and the kitchen has all utensils you need to cook. There is a parking spot available and internet and TV work well. Beaches and restaurant are at a very short walk away.

An absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was fantastic – the beach was beautiful, perfect for relaxing or surfing. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooms were stylish, very clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the romantic atmosphere – perfect for couples! There were also lots of great places nearby to explore, everything was easy to reach. A special thanks to the staff: I forgot my passport and had to come back from Punta Cana. They immediately contacted me when they found it, actively looked for solutions, and even offered me another room at a reduced rate. Such kindness and dedication are truly rare. Also worth mentioning: the dogs and cats are very well looked after and are a lovely addition to the place. Especially the little black dog missing one lip – such a cutie and full of character! We will definitely be back!

The location at Playa Bonita is great. Staff is very nice, and the place is clean and comfortable. It’s about 18 minutes away driving from the city centre where it’s full of restaurants and bars.
