The location, the swimming pool, my baby enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool. The staffs were very helpful. In reception Becky was very much helpful. It was my birthday organised a cake that was sweet of her. Manager Eric was also helpfull.

The staff were amazing and helpful beyond our expectations (we arrived late at night and needed to travel to Tarrafal the next day with a lot of luggage, and Edy made sure we were sorted). From the warm welcome into their charming and colorful home, to the thoughtful attentions like introducing me to Camoca at breakfast and arranging a late-night airport transfer, every detail was perfect. I truly enjoyed our fascinating conversations about local traditions, the long chats with Barbora and Carla, their excellent recommendations, and the genuine kindness they showed.
