It was amazing! The details are on the little things. The beds were extremely comfortable, like a clowd after a day of adventure and you need to recharge. The staff were lovely, always with a smile and always so kind and knowledgeable. It was an amazing welcome to beautiful San Andres. A few amazing amenities: - towel service for the beach - foot washing station for when you return from the beach and are all sandy - they can get help you get a bike/moped rental right at the hotel. Super convenient. Thank you so much for making me and my wife feel welcome.

The hotel is very nice, clean and new. There’s a nice pool, the bar and restaurant are great. The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. Everyday there’s something new and different. The room is big and accommodated very well four of us. But the staff is the best part. Everyone is so nice and provided all the help we needed. Some people speak English, but even who didn’t speak English or Portuguese made their best to understand and help us. They were very warm and made us feel welcome in the hotel and in the island. Shout out to Betani and Ricardo who made our trip one hundred times better. Betani helped us even before we landed, she made sure I had all the info I needed, even helped with restaurants, tours, money exchange and airport transfer. Ricardo who works at the restaurant is a very nice person, he’s very courteous, treated us so well.

by far the best value for money on the island – clean, nice, and very spacious. Gigliola was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I originally booked for a shorter visit but ended up extending for two more nights because I liked it so much. The location is also a big plus: it’s on a quiet street, which is not always easy to find in San Andrés. In general compared to many shady places on the island where you have old installations, dirty rooms, no water etc this one is a rare asset. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very nice, clean and new. There’s a nice pool, the bar and restaurant are great. The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. The property is right on the beach. Many restaurants near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room had a small refrigerator. Along with an a/c that was nice and cool. I did not rent a room with a view but I did not need to as the beach was down the stairs. They also had coffee and bottled water. So bring your water bottle.

The location is near perfect! Right on the beach, close to all restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops and everything you can imagine. The staff is very friendly and helpful and also helped us find a taxi to the airport. There's no food options, but everything is close. Aircon works perfect, the shower is big, has hot water. Everything was as expected.

Great friendly staff who helped with booking moped hire/taxis/food delivery. Antionio was really responsive to messages and was always on hand. Right on the beach by a great beach bar/restaurant.
