This place feels like home. Daisy (owner) is just incredible person that carries about every guest like it is her own kid. During my stay I felt that I visited my aunt. Constant attention to the guest comfort. She was cooking food for us, helping with all tours and activities and making sure that we could rest properly. It is more than 10 stars.

Utterly utterly basic. Barefoot luxury without the luxury. The wooden planks which make the walls of the huts have spaces between them for ventilation. Nothing in the room except a bed (and mosquito net), a shelf and a table. Hammocks on the verandah and the sea is right there - wonderful. You get there by small boat (with outboard motor) from Nuqui - the tourist jetty is a short walk from the airport and the people where you pay your airport tax made sure we were passed into the care of someone who saw us onto the right boat. It took 50 minutes. Wear shorts - there is no jetty and you disembark by stepping off into the water. The kitchen/dining area has a low concrete wall around it and a tin roof. The food is simple but we thought it was delicious (lots of fish - ceviche, stew and grilled). The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful, and take care to speak simple Spanish to help us understand. We enjoyed whale watching from a small boat. All very simple and undeveloped. A perfect place for blissful downtime and going to sleep to the sound of the waves. Utterly utterly wonderful!

The best place we stayed at in Colombia!! It’s such a magical place and I would recommend it to all my friends or family visiting Nuquí. The rooms were spacious and made you feel part of nature. Deconnecting was never so easy. The food that was prepared for us was fresh and so tasty. The staff was incredible, we also met the owner and we loved the story of how he started the hotel. We were able to do some nice activities such as whale watching which was just incredible :-) At Luzul you really feel welcome!

Amazing stay with Bea and Carlos. What a unexplored paradise! We started our trip of 3,5 weeks in El Vijo and what a way of disconnecting from everything! The kindness of the host and the incredible wildlife make this place so special! Just to get there is an expedition but my it is worth it!

A good location for a stress-free stay in Nuquí, Casa Colibrí is a holiday home surrounded by views of the garden.

It was the best Ecotourism resort I have ever been. It is a true ecotourism resort embedded in the most stunning and beautiful location you can imagine. You see the whales from the garden. Nicole is very welcoming and organises everything to perfection. Her cocktails are amazing. Jazz is very engaged in protecting the prime forest in the reserve and will guide you! The kitchen is providing you with fresh ingredients from the garden and the sea and her dishes are wonderful. You can have beautiful day trips, go surfing and swimming or just relax! I can highly recommend to come here! You will have a unforgettable time!

Pure magic! The location, architecture, the beach, the surrounding jungle, the food. No pictures or word will pay enough tribute to this place. Youhave to live it We loved the jungle walks activities by night and by day. Whales watch from the room! Stunning place ! Don't hesitate.

Everything is just like a dream here! The place is perfect, in the middle of the beach, close to Termales and close to playa Guachalito. You can see the Whales from the beach and babies tortules!! The jungle is amazing! Claudia And Francisco are really kind people with good energy and relax. Claudia makes incredible food, you’ll eat a lot of fish!! The room has no Windows as it’s like a kinda hut but you have mosquito net and everything is super clean! You can view the ocean from the room as it’s just in front! Anyway it’s a paradise and we are sad to go…. I highly recommend this Bahia Terco!
