The view from the Jade suite is simply amazing, and the decoration as well. The view from the restaurant or pool is also amazing. Staff is incredibly nice, you can tell they are giving opportunities to jounger, new staff and I loved it. The owner can to greet us personally and helped us get a private driver that later gave us a tour. I loved it.

Location and facilities are excellent. Room was modern, clean and much larger than expected. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. For a foreign visitor, the amount of security is a bit unusual especially given I've never seen any trouble on visits to Colombia. Overall, the facilities exceeded my expectations and the price was less than a basic hotel room in London - unbelievable value for money but perhaps I visited in low season.

I loved this hotel. We had just done a big trek so to be able to chill out in this hotel was perfect. Great food. Very comfortable bed, so many helpful staff. There was a choice of 5 swimming pools and it was on a beach. Beautiful sunsets which we could see from our balcony.
