We arrived super late, hungry, exhausted and cold from our Torres del Paine trek but the staff was super helpful and friendly and offered dinner even though the kitchen was already closed. The room has a very nice view and the bathroom has a floor heating. Breakfast was very nice, we had a late one and some things were missing but replaced the second after we were asking for!

The place is amazing with a view over the complete coast line. Modern with Netflix and fully equipped. This is probably one of the newest and most modern places to stay in this town. I can recommend it. The ocean is very close and with uber you are everywhere you need in just a few minutes. Also it is very safe with doorman.

I had a very good experience at Novotel Arica. We arrived late in the evening but the next stay we leave from Arica at 22:00, but we have the permission to stay at the swimming pool area after check out until our leaving from Arica. I had a good rest, comfortable bed, nice view and excellent walking shower. The staff was very helpful instead we tried to pay with 4 debit cards, only the credit card works. Seems to be rule for the hotels in Chile to accept only credit cards. In Santiago had to make a deposit of 20 usd for the payment of debit card.

This is really a small paradise. Rooms are so romantic, location is perfect, right on the beach. There are some restaurants nearby but better to take a taxi to the northern beach for food

It is a great location right on the beach in Arica. There are some good common areas and lots of public spaces nearby. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English and Spanish.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room with views overlooking beach and ocean. Friendly and professional staff. Bar, restaurant and pools were lovely places to relax. It had everything you could want for a few days ocean side relaxing after a packed, high altitude week in the Altiplano! Stunning headland location with beaches either side, desert mountain backdrop and panoramic Pacific sunsets. Bars, restaurants and food trucks within a 5 minute walk and the centre of Arica is only a 20 minute stroll along the boardwalk.

This Place is very close to the beach. There's loads of nice people and the owners are always helpful und friendly. you can borrow surfboards, wetsuits and bicycles there free of charge. Would've loved to stay longer
