Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. Gorgeous location & views, very close to public transport which is also free with their local transport card, close to shops too. Spotless and clean, large bathroom and balcony which isn’t common in Europe. Very comfortable bed, bedding and towels. Good wifi. Great restaurant downstairs. No minibar in the rooms but there is a large communal fridge where we kept our wine etc. Easy check in/out process. All ammenities listed were included. From memory this hotel had the 6 sided/elongated diamond adapter with the three prongs but a few countries we visited used either so you should prepare to travel with both anyway, we were able to get one from the shops easily as we forgot to get both at the airport.

The place has a kitchen, also near restaurants and groceries. The host is very friendly and have helped us with our luggages. Both Interlaken Ost and West Hauptbahnhof were walking distance.
