The hotel has a high overall score; Beautiful viewing platform; Free afternoon tea; Infinity pool; There are many places for guests to relax, and they will never feel bored. Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet-style property. The location is absolutely stunning — nestled between the mountains and the lake, it offers a postcard-perfect view right from the window. My room was cozy yet modern, with a comfy bed, a large TV, and a lovely balcony furnished with wooden chairs — perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views of both the lake and the surrounding Alps. The property itself has a charming, old-world wooden chalet design, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite the traditional style, the room was very well-maintained and felt fresh and comfortable. Getting to the property is super easy — it’s just a 4-minute bus ride from Spiez Bahnhof on the B60 bus, and the bus stop is conveniently located right across the street. The same bus line also takes you directly to Interlaken in the other direction, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The lake nearby is truly mesmerizing, perfect for a peaceful walk or just relaxing by the water. There’s even a lovely Greek restaurant just a short walk from the property, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway in the Swiss Alps.

I want to say that we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the villa . Perfect villa..location by the lake with access to the lake ...garden and parking. High level of privacy. Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. Gorgeous location & views, very close to public transport which is also free with their local transport card, close to shops too. Spotless and clean, large bathroom and balcony which isn’t common in Europe. Very comfortable bed, bedding and towels. Good wifi. Great restaurant downstairs. No minibar in the rooms but there is a large communal fridge where we kept our wine etc. Easy check in/out process. All ammenities listed were included. From memory this hotel had the 6 sided/elongated diamond adapter with the three prongs but a few countries we visited used either so you should prepare to travel with both anyway, we were able to get one from the shops easily as we forgot to get both at the airport.

The lake access from the property is so good . Did not expect to be so good . The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the views and the experience.
