My friend and I booked the hotel on the spot. In 30 mins, we arrived at the place and it was all ready. Mario welcomed us from outside of the building, handed the unit key, and returned to explain the ins and outs. Very direct & easy transactions.

Our stay in St. Moritz was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service we received from the receptionist Tiziano. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude that made us feel welcome. He was always approachable, ready to assist with any request, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was recommendations for local spots, handling special requests, or simply his positive energy, his outstanding customer service made all the difference. The hotel itself was not bad, but it was his kindness and professionalism that truly set our experience apart. We can’t thank him enough and would absolutely return, knowing we’d be in such great hands.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Every aspect of my stay was simply flawless, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better.Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel allowed me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury and sophistication. From the elegantly designed common areas to the carefully curated art and decor, every detail contributed to the hotel's overall splendor. The seamless check-in and check-out process was yet another testament to the hotel's efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay was truly exceptional. We stayed in a tiny attic room. We felt good there. The room was very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He knows the area very well so he can give you valuable advice. The location was very good. A bit off to the side, in a residential area of ​​the town so it was very quiet which allowed for a good rest. Free tickets for city buses and mountain railways make it easy to access the city centre and all the attractions. The hotel is right next to the Signal gondola which was an advantage in planning our summer hikes but which is probably a great advantage in the ski season. The hotel is perfectly clean and perfectly maintained. Everything works. A large swimming pool which we used and a spa with saunas (they were not available during our summer stay). Breakfast was fine.
