The hotel is an older hotel and i believe family run. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. It is right on the lake and the lift to Mt. Rigi is a five minute walk behind the hotel. It was very relaxing being able to take the boat across the lake to Lucerne or other towns on the lake. the Lucerne train station is a two minute walk from the boat dock. They have the best WiFi we had the whole trip. the room was very large which a lot of Swiss hotels do not have large rooms.

Oh WoW! This hotel is special ! Everything is superb! Staff very nice, they even had a toy ready for our dog, The room is beautiful, Breakfast was good, not many options but what was there was nice!
