The location is great, next to the marina with nice cafes and restaurants. The welcome gift a nice touch, and the room was very cozy. I was on a business trip, but prefer these kind of hotels over the standard hotelchains.

The Host supported me and my friends with kindness and empathy when one of us had a travel crisis with a passport by being flexible with check in time. We rearranged the check in with ease. Also, the Host contacted me to inform us that the prior guests had broken the shower door and to confirm that we were okay with the temporary repair. This showed that the Host cares about the property and the comfort of guests!

Darren was an exceptional host and made us feel right at home. The property is on the waterfront with views across the river to old fort Niagara. Breakfast was a feast every morning and varied and interesting. We would love to return.

We had a lovely stay at La maison de Sophie. Sophie and Gilles are very amicable and welcoming. Sophie’s breakfasts were delicious and meticulously prepared. The house is homy and the room and bed are very comfortable and cozy. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience for our family. The house was exceptional. The furniture was comfortable and had many cooking appliances and kitchen equipment. The bathrooms were well cleaned. Recommended to every family that wants to spend time in this nice little town. The town itself is also a great place to stay and spend time at night even Niagara falls is your first reason to be in this area.
