One of your staff Cherif went above and beyond! Cherif helped us with our booking which had been accidentally booked for the previous night when we were staying in Quebec city. Great location; very comfortable bed.... husband is 6'1", and the bed was definitely big enough. We did not find it overly noisy once the windows were closed. Air conditioning works very well. Loved watching the buskers on the street below.

Highly recommend this accommodation. Everything was as described. The accommodation was clean and we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Shower was superb. Washing machine and dryer came in handy.
