Loved everything! It totally exceeded my expectations. Outstanding view, great restaurant with attentive staff (try the Marillenknödel!), awesome breakfast, free parking, animal-friendly, lovely private beach with free rowboat and SUPs (and turquoise water!); and all at a great price. This is how you run a private hotel. Hats off to all staff! Thanks for a great stay and for the unexpected upgrade! (Booked single bed, got double! 😀)

Everything - We had a fantastic stay in a fantastic spacious room/apartment with balcony and a wonderful view over the lake and mountains - super clean. Breakfast nearby in the 'sister hotel' was absolutely fabulous and set us up for the whole day - great value for money. We also loved the little walk down to the lake and great changing room facilities. Gitti and Toni were super lovely and friendly hosts. We will be back..... Alles war wunderbar...

Lovely room with spacious powerful shower. Umbrellas and beach bag in the room for your use and beach towels supplied when requested. Private hut down by the lakeside with changing rooms and lockers for your use to leave your stuff. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and bacon if you wish. Restaurant serves delicious food and all of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming

A beautiful apartment with everything you could need. The little deck was a bonus and you have views over the rooftops to the lake. The complex was secure and safe. There was nothing that we didn’t like. Highly recommend it. It was a nice walk around to Gmunden which took about 45 minutes.

I was happy to find this guesthouse while randomly searching for a place with a lake view in the area during this low season. A brand new or perfectly renovated house, clean and modern rooms, a million dollar view from the "Deluxe Double Room With Balcony". Doors can be open for the abundance of the fresh air which is important to me. The owner and the staff go the extra mile even when only two rooms were occupied at the time. A nice dinner was served for the guests, and the breakfast was continental but of a very good quality and had everything we needed, fresh. The location is quiet and a good distance from the road. Very green and ecological, even while I'm very far from being a Green party supporter. It's a great starting point for exploring the mountain lakes of the region. The parking is free and a car is a must. There is a playground on the southern side of the building which may become a source of disturbance during the high season, not an issue when empty. Danke Schoen! Will be back again for sure.

Very friendly staff, very informal atmosphere! The best thing for us was the treatment of dogs. It seemed like our dog was part of the family as well, we could take him to the restaurant and also to the beach (as long as he behaves well, of course). Food and breakfast were good.

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay on the shores of Lake Attersee. The hotel services exceeded my expectations with their exceptional quality. The location was ideal, offering a private beach, a fantastic restaurant, and a wide selection of delicious breakfast options. It's certainly deserving of its 4-star rating, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
