The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Nice hotel, rooms are big, lake area and wellness with pool are great. We were there only for one night, I wish to stay there longer.

This property is just fabulous with one word. But it deserves more than one word. Set in one of the nicest places in Carinthia, beside beautiful lake Maltschacher See, only half an hour drive from Klagenfurt. If you want peace and jet to be close to the croud, this is it. So many places to cycle or just to walk arround. The appartment is spacious, fully equipped. There is absolutely nothing you’ll miss. You get your private beach. There is alot of parking space around. And the most important thing is the restaurant and the manager. And all the staff very professional and so nice you just want to come back as soon as possible. As Arnold would say: We’ll be back!!! 💪

Breakfast was extraordinary. Practically a private luxury buffet, which is insanely diverse and high quality, with nice enterior, view and service. I have never had such an exclusive experience, though I am very critical and had been to quite a few places and have written a bunch of rather rude critics. The mansion is absolutely demandingly romantic with lake view, private lake floating platform, relaxing facility and private pier, all in all a dream tale.

The hotel was perfect for us. Accessible with an elevator. Clean room with everything you need including the little hotel treats. Comfortable bed, with really good pillows and blankets. Excellent shower. Modern room with a fun balcony. Private access to the lake. Steam room, sauna and a quiet room for rest and relaxation. Excellent breakfast! The women at the reception are very kind, pleasant, recommending where to eat and where to go for those who receive a discount card for attractions, free public transportation. Short distance from the city center. No parking problem. We sent laundry for 10 euros per machine, really cheap compared to what we paid elsewhere. We felt right at home, excellent hotel, recommended!
