We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The staff is very kind and friendly both at the reception and in the restaurant. There is plenty of space in the sauna area. A great place for relaxation.Is possible to rent a regular bike for free.

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. Breakfast was extraordinary. Practically a private luxury buffet, which is insanely diverse and high quality, with nice enterior, view and service. I have never had such an exclusive experience, though I am very critical and had been to quite a few places and have written a bunch of rather rude critics. The mansion is absolutely demandingly romantic with lake view, private lake floating platform, relaxing facility and private pier, all in all a dream tale.

The place is perfectly fitted in a very wonderful property, you have a private parking and heartworming landscapes. Also, you are literally 50m away from the cable car heading to the top of the nearby mountain. The room was spaciuos and Lady Veronika help us with the baby bed even in late evening. we really liked the breakfast, it had lots of food choices so that everybody could have what they wanted to have. my daughter, who is normally a very picky eater, even found lots of food that she really loved!
