1. Excellent Service: They went out of their way to help with my special requests. They kindly stored my luggage and even heated up my food due to my specific needs. The truth is that the site exceeded my expectations, it is a magical place. The best thing was the guy who attended to us at all times, I asked them at the hotel for a cake for my girlfriend and he brought it to us along with breakfast with candles, everything was perfect. I don't know the boy's name, but the treatment is appreciated.

Everything perfect!! Franz who works there was so wonderful, sweet and helpful! I got a free upgrade which was soo amazing with a beautiful view! It was a really cute, comfortable room and shared bathrooms were super clean and nice. It’s right in the center so close to everything in this fairytale village. Had delicious cake and cappuccino for breakfast which was another sweet compliment from Franz! It was the best end to this perfect stay!
