The service is exceptional, the friendliness of the staff was amazing. Travelling with a baby there was a joy. It was so clean everywhere and a beatiful area outside with many pools and plateaus to stay between the hotel and the sea.

Breakfast is good. Hotel is in excellent location, convenient grocery store in the bottom of the hotel. Polite staff, and the Junior suite is just very nice ! City bus stopping almost front of the hotel and very cheap ( 40 lek) and very frequent ( about 15-20 minutes) Beach right front of the hotel. Modern, clean.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charm Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their warmth and attentiveness. This is brand new hotel, everything was tidy and clean, extremelly well maintained. The cleaning ladies make a great job all the time. The stuff was very kind, we are so gratefull to Yorgos, hs responded on all our demands kindly, fast and effcient. Very nice pool and beach is just accros the street. We will definatelly come back
