Words can not fully describe the excitement and satisfaction we got during our stay at ALvin Comfort Hotel. Starting from my first chat with the venue. The response was very impressive. The Manager I think his name is Elvis and the entire morning staff and evening staff and even the cleaners are wonderful people. We arrived very late and we were a bit apprehensive arriving at midnight to a country we don’t know, I chatted with the manager and he assured of complete safety and sent a driver to pick us from the airport. We did not have to wait for the driver at all, the driver was by the air port waiting for us. Our entire stay was enjoyable as the staff ensured we were comfortable and the kids felt so safe and happy. We visited a day before our son’s 14th birthday and I ask the manager to help us with a birthday cake which they did and this was amazing. The first receptionist I think her name is Alvin Kejsi she was ever so lovely and also the lad at the Resturant was so kind and polite. During breakfast we went down to the Resturant late and they still served us with so much to eat. On our return the Manager also ensured we go to the hotel safely. We were amazed at the wonderful service we received and I will recommend this hotel. The manager also has other hotel and I will definitely be patronising him again. The only thing I will say is that our TV in the room was not a smart TV so we could not have a movie night as family. Also the outdoor pool was not the best and kids did not use it 😄however it was lovely being able to sit outside by the pool to take pictures.

The hotel is well located, on a promenade right in front of the beach. The manager and the staff are very friendly, they added value to our trip to Albania! The food in the restaurant was good. The room is very nice, clean and true to the photos. We highly recommend the hotel.

The ambience is very welcoming and aesthetically beautiful. The rooms are so clean and smell really nice. The sheets are always changed daily and the bed is comfortable. The food is sooo tasty oweee😍. The stuff is exceptional Dennis from the Restaurant.Thank you for taking good care of us. The staff and whole entire team thank you . You made our stay exceptional.

The owner was very friendly and always willing to help. The apartment was nice and had a spacy living/dining room. It was perhaps slightly in the shadow of the surrounding buildings but very much along a beautiful beach.
