Really cool, nice place. From the beginning the staff were really good at communications, arranging our ferry passage up the lake and making sure we made it to the ferry port ok. Shala River is definitely worth a visit, I’ve not been anywhere like it. The property itself is really nice, very comfortable and clean rooms and we had a balcony facing the river. We felt our property had the best stretch of river outside it. The restaurant served really good food and nice breakfast too and the drinks prices were a good price compared to other bars on the river. We’d definitely recommend Guesthouse Zgiboza if visiting Shala River.

The owners are really wonderful and went above and beyond to help us! The location is beautiful, just above the lake and you can see the sunset from the balcony. The house is really new and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and there is air-conditioning. They serve a great breakfast. Would love to stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

This small, family-run hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were neat and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If I had to mention a minor drawback, which certainly doesn’t detract from the overall value for money, it would be the lack of insect screens during the summer months.Overall, our stay was more than satisfactory, and we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional value.
