I arrived in the pouring rain. Nathalie and her gardiner, Julien, met me at the entrance. Nathalie held a huge umbrella for me while Julien took care of all of my baggage. The room is pristine with picture windows overlooking a fecund garden with a large baobab tree just to the right. The bed and pillows are comfy with nice accents. There is a hot shower which was a welcomed relief from the long trip from Dakar. The area is very quiet, except for the chirping of birds that are also lovely to see. This property is a great value and the host is extremely hospitable, helpful with local information, very warm and kind. I highly recommend this place.

The location really contributes in enjoying a nice beach vacation in a very relaxed almost isolated place, although there are 02 very nice restaurants along the beach in walking distance. With a 10minute taxi drive, you are easily in the vibrant city center as well. I almost wanted to rebook this place immediately. Big recommendation!
