Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

The property was extremely clean and inviting. A very comfortable space. The grounds are beautiful. Our hosts were so accommodating and responsive, always asking what we needed, and giving those thoughtful little touches that make your stay that much better. The fireplace was so nice in the evenings. Just a lovely place overall. We also liked that it was situated in the middle of the north coast of the island, so traveling to see things both east and west was easy.

The location was perfect : close to the city center and highways by car, quite central to visit the island, easy for parking on the street. The place itself is so charming!! It invites you to relax the minute you put your feet on the grounds. It’s been renovated with taste and yet had kept a certain aspect of its history. The staffs were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you Rafaela, Victoria, Maria and Lina, we had a wonderful moment in the Azores! And what to say about the breakfast!! So delicious and diversified!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of sea, Solar de Santo André is a guest house situated in a historic building in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao. The breakfast spread was incredible, still dreaming about the abundance and quality produce. Staff were so courteous and just lovely. Really enjoy our stay. Didn't get to use the pool cause weather wasn't too great, but looked like a lovely relaxation area

A recently renovated boat in Ponta Delgada and within 13 km of Pico do Carvao, The Homeboat Company Ponta Delgada-Açores features pool with a view, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. Loved the roof top and location the most, was also very easy to check in and out Bia was very helpful with anything I needed and the breakfast drop off was very thoughtful. Definitely worth a couple nights or even more.
