I was nervous about the small size of the room before we arrived, but one we saw how it was designed and organized, we found it to be perfect for our needs. Property was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good and at a breathtaking location.

Breakfast very good, everything fresh (slices of cheese, 3 kind of slices meat, butter, jams, honey, joghurts, cereal, milk, cooked eggs, tomatoes, mozzarella, salad, fruits, juices, teas, coffee machine with all type of coffees, hot chocolate, 2 types of bread, 4 types of breadrolls). A lady at the mornings cares about breakfast - very clean, quick and nice. Lidia at reception also extremely nice, was making phone calls about my reserved trips etc. I got a towel for our trip just in case of swimming in volcanic pool, we could leave our luggage till collection of airport taxi. All staff was very nice. They cared about us. At the arrival bottle of wine and a cake! :-) Nice surprise. We highly reccommend this place. Location brilliant!!!

Excellent customer service throughout our stay, the staff was very accommodating and we felt like VIPs. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, and our balcony view could not be beat. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, with something for everyone. We also loved the location, it is close to the downtown without being in the heart of it, and the promenade provided excellent walking paths. A great restaurant and a large grocery store were right across the street as well. We will stay here again when we return to Madeira.

My stay at this beautiful place was absolutely amazing. The house is cozy and offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. I had my own bedroom with a private bathroom, and the shared kitchen on the floor provided a great opportunity to meet other guests. Everything was impeccably clean. While it can get a bit chilly at night in bad weather, an extra blanket was provided, and bringing warm clothes makes it completely manageable. The hosts were incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and always helpful. Their adorable little dog, Simba, was a delight as well! I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend this place 100%!

This was our best accommodation in Madeira. We liked the tastefully designed and comfortable interior. The host Maikel was very helpful with arranging whatever we wanted. Unlike other places this had a good wifi suitable for work from home. The location is a couple of minutes from the harbour and there is a great restaurant just downstairs.
