Loved the very spacious room and ensuite. Loved the amazing breakfast spread with the opportunity to chat with the other travellers. And most of all loved Louise, the very gracious host - she gave us lots of tips on restaurants and places to visit in the area and was a delight to chat with.

The place has amazing views and we found it very relaxing to come back after a long day of sightseeing. Amenities were very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The pool, tennis courts and offering of kayaks and equipment was very kind of the host to offer. The grocery stores and restaurants were close, a short drive for us. The unit was very modern and clean and much larger than expected. Whitianga is a very beautiful relaxing town and this unit was in a great location.

Walking distance to the beach, 10 minute drive to the hot water beach and they even have the shovels to make the whole thing even more perfect! house is so charming and kitchen is good because most things close early in the city!
