We had an issue with the lights on arrival (minor issue) and the staff were there early the next morning to help and even stayed around to chat and recommend things to do. We stayed at the cabin for 3 days and wanted to stay longer! We also had the pleasure of seeing the northern lights in early September thanks to the large windows!!!!
