The host probably renovated the property recently and had a lot of common sense to use the best fittings like very good sound isolating doors and windows. Everything worked very well and most items and fittings were like new. We have stayed in many hotels and self-catering apartments (more than.150) and this is the best so far.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped, excellent location. We especially liked that it had a washer/dryer machine. Parking was convenient with metered spaces right in front for loading and unloading (2 hr. max during enforcement hours of 8-5 weekdays and Saturday). There are 3 convenient garages within a few minutes walk. We used the garage at the Sandens mall one block over from the apartment for Saturday during the day due to the 2 hour max rule, but were able to park for free on the street Friday and Saturday nights, and all day Sunday. Laszio, the host was excellent. He responded quickly and thoroughly to messages and he met us at the apartment for check in. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property as an excellent choice when visiting Kristiansand.
