Seems freshly renovated, comfortable bed, lovely furnishings, very spacious and has everything you need. Super clean and tidy. The WiFi and AC work well. Easy check-in and check-out was also great, and it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the train station, which is fantastic. Hosts are also very kind and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

Host Mirella was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay here again without hesitation if returning to the area. Easy train access to cinque terre, lucca, pisa.

Excellent and very detailed communication from the owner regarding check-in and other important information – it felt truly welcoming and caring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The room is small but very comfortable, with a lovely terrace. It would be great to have a mosquito repellent in the room, as we were bothered a bit by mosquitoes. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and the hotel is designed for only a small number of guests — which is a big plus. A wonderful place to stay!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was exceptional. We enjoyed using the pool and the lounge chairs near it. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's food allergies. She has celiac disease, and every single morning, the staff brought her bread, meat, and cheese separately, to avoid cross contamination. Phenomenal service!
