We were in touch on WhatsApp from the moment I landed in Pescara. The room was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning service was available everyday. Large comfortable room, super comfortable bed and big bathroom. Very clean and had everything we needed/wanted...even a small balcony! Location was great, and parking was convenient and free. Breakfast right down the hall with use of the kitchen while there. Rico was a fantastic host.

Very high standard, very clean, great location, very nice hosts, good space, coffee/te machine, enough place to hang your clothes, the building and entrance of the room smells nice and the included breakfast is at a wonderful little coffee shop at the same building with ecological and quality food. Everything was wonderful. Gabriele was so helpful and welcoming. He recommended a great beach club and a restaurant we really enjoyed. The bathroom is beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The fridge was stocked with water, small bottle of Prosecco and snacks. The suite is big with a communal seating area as well. Breakfast is included, at a small cafe nearby. We will definitely stay here again when in Pescara.
