Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses in Egilsstadir provides adults-only accommodation with a private beach area and a garden. Just an absolute 10/10 accomidation. Cozy little cabin in the woods about 20-30 minutes outside Egilsstaðir. The have everything you could possible need for a wonderful stay. We had dimm and rainy weather so we lit up the fireplace for a warm and cozy evening. Falling to sleep in the upper room with rain falling on the roof was delightful. If you are having second thoughts about booking this accomidation - go for it! You will not regret it.

Set in Egilsstadir, 5.9 km from Hengifoss, Hengifosslodge Skáldahús has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. The kitchenette was very well equipped. Felt like we were in a log cabin. Cozy beds, beautiful view, and met by a friendly host.

The Bank Sleeping Guesthouse in Neskaupstaður features a garden and a shared lounge. This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. The building was unique, accommodations were very clean and the shared bathrooms and kitchen were great. Host/owner was very responsive and helpful. Great value overall- would stay again.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Vopnafjörður, Ásbrandsstadir Cottages is a holiday home surrounded by views of the lake. The owner's were very friendly and the place is very close to the place I was there to see
