I believe that the staff are treated very well and that shows in their mood with customers. I have been living in Ghana for 3 months and they have the best customer service so far. The place was beautiful and clean. Also they have amazing pasta and pizzas with quality incrediences. The owner was very nice and caring. I would recommend this place for sure.

We came here for a company planning retreat and it was everything we needed it to be. Kay was very hospitable and accommodating. He ensured that every request and need was met during our stay without hesitation. We were able to cook all of our meals in the kitchens, we all slept comfortably in the big beds, we were able to connect our laptops to the TVs for presentations, each of the apartments had ample space for guests, the area was quiet enough for us to do our work, and the pool was a nice refreshing addition for breaks. There was someone available at the property 24/7 to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely come back again.

Nice breakfast included and a big swimming pool. The hosts, Brendon and Sonia, were both fantastic, and used a lot of time to sit down with us and inform us about the ghanese society. They are both very knowlegdeable and skilled people. We also had good laughs taking to each other. When we left after 5 days stay both of them gave us a big friendly hug 😀 Jamaica Inn Guesthouse is a home away from home. I would higly recommend travellers to stay at this place.

From the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to help with a smile. It’s rare to find such consistently warm and attentive service these days. I truly felt welcome and well cared for throughout my entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel — and a big thank you to the incredible team working there!
