North Walk House in Lynton provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a bar and a shared lounge. The room was well decorated and well furnished, with two lovely chairs in the bay window overlooking the sea. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely and spacious. Breakfast offered a lot of choice and the foot was great. The couple who run the place were also lovely. There is a sister hotel just 100m down the road where you can also order an evening meal, which gave us generous portions. I also love the honesty bar. It felt very homely and more like an apartment as we also had use of the guest lounge as well. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very nice air b&b was absolutely perfect for me & my dog. Donna, the host, was lovely and had made a surprise cream tea waiting in the fridge 😋 the bed was extremely comfortable & sofa too. Very clean & had all the amenities needed for my short stay, as for the surrounding area stunningly beautiful, which is why I went, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

East Lyn House, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Lynmouth, 500 metres from Blacklands Beach, 32 km from Dunster Castle, as well as 47 km from Lundy Island. Our hosts couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Tha views from our bedroom and the communal outdoor seating area were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.
