Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated The Nest, Central Falmouth, 10 mins to the beaches and off street parking provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Central location, on-site parking, very large bright and airy room proportions., cleanliness, appliances & fixtures and most of all we loved the bed size and luxurious pillows and duvet.

The property itself was very well kept, I would say the pictures do it no Justice. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nicely decored the rooms were. Me and my partner would recommend this place to anyone. I found the rooms slightly smaller than most places but the cleanliness/decor and kitchenette certainly made up for it.

Nice small touches like comfy robes and toiletries. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Great location near town and bus station.

Situated in St Ives within 400 metres of Porthmeor Beach and 14 km of St Michael's Mount, The Old Workshop features rooms with free WiFi. Fabulous location in the heart of St Ives. We enjoyed our stay here very much and loved the refurbished aspect of the building with the stonework and timber. Very cosy and warm during our winter stay. Loved the spaciousness of the apartment as well. Modern bathroom and lots of storage space. Prompt communication from Emma.

Great modern flat with everything you need to have a nice comfortable stay. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the nearest pubs and restaurants. Plenty of natural light , overlooking the courtyard/parking area. The apartment was warm and cosy for the time of year with everything we needed for 4 nights in terms of kitchen utensils etc. Prompt communication with the owner.
