Super apartment, with views and balconies of both the sea and the inland lake. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It was possible to watch the sunset from the living room, and the sunrise from the bedroom. The owner gave us lots of information and tips about where to go, what to do etc which was much appreciated.

This is a really nice characterful townhouse, tastefully and traditionally decorated with a lovely vibe. There's a great choice of outside space, including 3 decent sized balconies and a big roof terrace. The roof terrace has a gorgeous sea view. The house is really well equipt and suitable for longer stays. The location is a very short walk from playa Alamillo. There are a good selection of local restaurants, or Puerto de Mazarrón is an easy walk.

The staff was very friendly. The sea is very close. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary. I recommend it.

The 24/7 enter and leave possibility. The flat was absolutely clean and had everything you need even for a longer stay. I mean the manager wasn't at all greedy and you don't encounter that all the time. He was very friendly and helpful as well. He speaks fluently English (for those who aren't that familiar with Spanish). Although the neighbors on the same floor were present, I didn't notice them at all. Very quiet environment! Nice views as well, on both sides of the coast. The free Wifi is included in the price, which by the way is in a very good price-quality balance, and did better than the one I have at home, lol. (I guess that's because in my country Internet Services are cheap yes, but depending on the region you are in, sometimes very slow.) Another plus is the underground free parking space from where you have access directly to your floor with the elevator. At Veneziola you find also supermarkets, restaurants and bars and pharmacy as well. I would say, a perfect stay, either like me for a short business stay or for a longer family vacation stay. Due to the convertible furniture, you have up to 6 places. Highly recommended! Didn't have much time to make more photos.

The location is excellent - close to the beach and with a tennis court available. The host was very helpful and responsive. The only minor suggestion would be to update the headboard and sofa. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely come back!
