She was so communicative and responsive from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. She sat down with us and told us about her favorite restaurants, lent us aloe when I got sunburned, and let us borrow her fins since we had had trouble finding some in the size we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with hot water in the shower and an air conditioner that worked well. We ended up booking a few tours through her as too and we were so pleased with the quality of those as well. Can't recommend the Black Pearl enough!

Perfect location right on the beach but away from the noisy beach restaurants. Loved being close enough to walk to Perla de Concha and the beach by the dock where the penguins hang out. The service was impeccable and staff were available to help organize tours on last minute notice. They allowed an early check in and late check out to accommodate the ferry times. The breakfast was delicious every morning.

Hostel Loja is a comfy, clean stay with great value. Rooms are pretty basic but spotless, and I loved having a big bathroom! It's also nice having a coffee shop on the premises. Diego was a wonderfully accommodating host – he was very quick and helpful when I had some special requests – and he makes a great breakfast :)

We really enjoyed our time and recommend to stay at Flip Flop House when on Isabela island.

Set less than 1 km from Puerto Villamil Beach, Cielo Azul Galápagos Hotel offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Jackson and her wife made me feel like home, they are very kind, friendly and they were always willing to help us. Good breakfast everyday, they rent bikes for good price and also can offer tours. Walking distance to center was 10 min. I enjoyed my staying with them.
