The furniture is tasteful and clean. The bathrooms were very good, the kitchen well equipped. Elena was a joy to communicate with and was very flexible! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay here in Iseltwald. PS: you will need a car if you do stay here, this gave us tremendous flexibility.

Featuring river views, Homestay Brienz features accommodation with a casino, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 7 km from Giessbachfälle. This place was absolutely perfect. Lake Brienz is so picturesque, with the most amazing views coming in on the train. The accommodation is so cosy and only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the train station. You can catch a bus or walk about 15 mins to Brienz where you can then get on the Brienz Rothorn Bahn (a must do!). It also doesn't take long getting to Grindelwald via the train line, with only 1 changeover.
