We had an amazing stay at Nyumbani residence with my husband and kids. The place is a perfect gate away for families as the apartments are full catered with all you need. Breakfast is really yummy and it’s served every morning at your terrace. Location for us was great as it’s only 5 minutes away from the beach and the local shops. Thank you very much Paola & staff for taking care of us and provide us with an excellent service. I highly recommend!

A beautiful property located on the beach of Jambiani, calm and relaxing vibe, very comfortable and spotless. View from the veranda is out of this world. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Fresh and tasty breakfast and delicious local food, that we tried at the Suahili night. Recommended 100%, thank you for the great stay we had with you.

We had the big apartment with three bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped, apartments were very clean, house cleaning took care every day. The balcony (I should say terrace as it is huge) and the rooms were furnished very nicely and there were mosquito nets for every bed. (However, when we were there in January there were only very few mosquitos). Furthermore, there were air cons and ceiling fans working well. Lots of different lights as well. Liked the bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable, All rooms had big window fronts as well as light blocking curtains. Also the terrace had white curtains, which is nice if you want to have privacy while using the terrace. It is a small complex with 8 - 10 apartments, so it is never too busy. This is also the case if you want to book one of the two beautiful pools for you and your company for an hour or two. Was very relaxing.

The apartments was super fresh, new and spacious. The outside pool area is also nice and comfy. The facilities are new and bare in mind not everything is in place but we had a nice stay. Arjan was helpful with everything and showed us what to do in the nearby areas and places to visit. With it being Africa, there was a power cut when we arrived and we had no electricity, however, Arjan solved it perfectly for us with alternatives and we had a nice stay. Would recommend the place for both longer and shorter stays :)
