No included breakfast, but a kitchenette for cooking! Building is old but delightfully retro-staff was helpful and friendly. We were 4 adults in a small space, 2 bunk beds and a pull out sofa. Picnic table on porch overlooking the beach. Restaurants with live musik, family friendly.

Nice stay in a nice room. Breakfast was good with lots of options and nice coffeee. Covid protocols were being followed. Location is nice, outside of Borgholm, with a grocery store and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We arrived on motorbikes. Private parking was possible at the property, but it was roadside on the local road (not a very busy road though, so it felt fairly secure). Nice and welcoming host. We would stay again.
