The apartment is in a great location and is super spacious – we were surprised by how big the place was. My family and I really enjoyed staying at Lidia's place. The view from the balconies is fantastic. Ponta Do Sol has some great restaurants and the the town is very pretty. Communication with the person managing the property was also really good and they were super helpful. The apartment has a secure parking bay so you're not searching for street parking if you rent a car like we did.

The place was easily accesible from a nearby parkinglot (at a distance of 200 meters from the house) with a splendiferous view of the Atlantic ocean. The accomodation its self came in form of a tiny but cosy house with two floors. There wasn't much space for four people, but it would be perfect for one couple. Kitchen was fully equiped with everything needed to cook meals for family of four people. The view from upper terrace was indeed astonishing, we could see nearby waterfalls. I deeply recommend this place to any future travelers.

Gabriel and Jorge, the hosts, can create an atmosphere of being welcome, of being home - not being client XYZ… The suites/apartments have roughly the size of a big hotel room (including a nice bathroom in the rocks), but with a big terrace facing the sea. The mattresses are of good quality so the basis for a good sleep is ensured. The kitchen (which is part of the room) has a single ring (induction) and a microwave - enough to prepare a breakfast, but not a full-fledged dinner. But there are enough nice restaurants in Calheta centre or… one can book a meal prepared by Gabriel, who is not only a great host but also an excellent chef. It was really a wonderful time we had at this place, thanks Gabriel and Jorge!

The location is very close to the calheta beach with lot of restaurants and we could relax there almost every evening after our day trips.

Spacious cottage with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed upstairs. There was everything we needed for our family of 4. Walking distance to the beach- that was just wonderful! We rented a car and spent half day exploring the island and half day relaxing on the sand beach and swimming in the ocean. The local supermarket is great as well. They sell fresh fish which is just amazing.

The apartment is in a great location and is super spacious – we were surprised by how big the place was. My family and I really enjoyed staying at Lidia's place. The view from the balconies is fantastic. Ponta Do Sol has some great restaurants and the the town is very pretty. Communication with the person managing the property was also really good and they were super helpful. The apartment has a secure parking bay so you're not searching for street parking if you rent a car like we did.
