Extremely accommodating and fast to reply - we unfortunately had to make a very last minute booking here (while walking through the city after having to cancel our previous accommodation due to problems there)! I was able to call the number and a very friendly lady replied and made sure we were sent all the information we needed to access the property immediately. It was MUCH appreciated. Extremely clean! I was delighted to see the level of cleanliness in this apartment - it is clearly newly renovated and we checked for bedbugs too and found none! The location was absolutely perfect - our initial reservation was on the main street and this was was around the corner. The result was a wonderfully quiet nights sleep and only a 5 minute walk to the centre! Comfort - the apartment had unlimited hot water for showering, as well as a well equipped mini kitchen. I slept so well in the beds, they are really comfortable and the duvets are warm. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

The property was in good location and easily accessible. The check in was easy and fast, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were in good condition and clean. There also was good Wi-Fi connection

Very clean and shower had a rain forest head.The only thing stove utilization was not self-evident and instructions to find the property was difficult for someone who came to Krakow for the first time.

The workers at the hostel were super accommodating and even offered to do our washing when we asked about washing services. Thank you for our stay. Its evident that the place has just changed ownership and is going through upgrades. The facilities are clean, new and no doubt a great summer location with the nearby park and lake to swim.
