Excellent room, spacious, private with everything accounted for. If you would need anything else, just ask your gracious host. Bed was very comfy and the biggest we slept in during our vacation. Breakfast was good as well.

Location was within a short walk to the beach, local cafes and a lovely little playground. Very convenient to central Dunedin and in a charming area with lots of character buildings.

It was very good like the view from the park but there was a lot of car noises up and down the road racing each other beside that algood and thank you 😊

Lovely place to stay. So quiet and tranquil. Very relaxing and comfortable. Loads of space. Great facilities. Everything you need. Breakfast provided (muesli, yoghurt, bread to toast, fruit etc with eggs to cook yourself). Lovely log burner. Easy access to Silver Peaks trails and Orokonui ecosanctuary. Alan is an excellent host.

The condo was wonderful, with incredible views of the St Clair beach. The kitchenette was a great asset for us as we were able to make our own meals due to dietary issues. The condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! There is a washing machine on site which was very helpful!

Situated on the top level of the iconic building, 'The Hydro', this property is set directly opposite Dunedin's popular St Clair Beach.

Friendly and helpful. Views were wonderful and one could watch the morning sunrise from the comfort of the house. Enjoy the views of the waves sweeping the beach and rocks all day long. Good for exploring the Otago peninsula. Convenient drive to the Esplanade for the various restaurants and pubs. Highly recommended if you enjoy a unique traditional bed and breakfast style stay.
