Great views. Nicely designed. Good location. Fabulous to be able to get coffee from the machine in the lobby. It was very good. Didn’t eat there as it was kinda expensive so can’t comment on their food.

This is the best place I've ever stayed! The staff is great, very helpful. A big kaiseki was served and after that I can enjoy onsen. Highly recommend place!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The exterior of the building was preserved in a traditional style but the interior has been renovated and was bright and new. The room was also very spacious and clean. The food was better than what i expected from the traditional japanese food. And they even have compliment non-alcohol drinks provided.

The atmosphere and helpful staff. We had a great time with all and couldn't have been happier. Good was amazing as well as the baths. Loved sleeping on futons and having yukatas!
