If you want somewhere near the airport AND the beach, this is it. Edwin and his lovely wife Ashley and their family will make you feel most welcome. They give you privacy and it has all the facilities you need including, plunge pool which we used every day, washing machine,fridge, kitchen equipment, smart TV, great aircon and fans, hot water, etc. Edwin will organise trips for you and he organised our 0130 transport to the airport. It is a calmer area away from the main city and within about 1km from the airport. We had a delicious Indian breakfast but there are other options if you prefer. We had a great time here.

Staying with Bindu has been such a gift. I loved so much the energy of her place and the way I have felt so welcomed in my first day in India. I felt super safe, she helped me arrange a taxi from the airport, and I have loved spending some time in her house, with the beautiful view I had from my balcony, the amazing food our neighbor prepared, and in a very cozy and welcoming home. I recommend it a lot! It is a very good place to stay especially if you're going to Sivananda Ashram, as it is on the way. It is a bit far from the city but worth it.
