I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The living space was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were particularly well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and everything was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the place cool and relaxing, especially after the warm days spent exploring the area. The house had a welcoming atmosphere, and it felt like a true home away from home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Panjim. Very nice room! The breakfast could be improved because may not suit for everyone! The manager is a great and professional person! Even if, he is always very serious, he is always at the hotel and always ready to help you! Rooms are cleaned! Wifi works perfectly! 10 minutes bus from the city center - I would say safe area! Outside the hotel there are no taxis or TUK TUK, so be sure to always have the number of a TUK TUK or taxi to call! Thank you!

This was one of the best value places I have stayed at in India so far. The road & the room were very quiet, but only a few minutes walk to the beach which is beautiful. This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.
