The apartment fully meets the description and the photos :) We were met by the staff, the parking place is within few meters from the house. Sea is within easy reach (something between 50 and 100 meters), and the apartment has nice terrace with a table and chairs, as well as small private yard area with couple of sun beds and even a shower - green and refreshing in the summer. Spacious and comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen, plus pleasant tasty surprises from the hosts. The town center can be reached on foot within 10 minutes max - walking along the sea, and you can find some bars and restaurants there; and a supermarket is nearby (some 600 meters uphill).

The apartment is incredible! It’s literally steps from the sea, so you can walk out in your swimsuit and enjoy the clean, uncrowded water. While the beach is small, you hardly need it — the spacious balcony with sunbeds and an amazing view is the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal: just a 5-10 minute walk from the city center and surrounded by many restaurants, yet it’s situated in a calm and quiet area without any noise. The apartment itself is very clean, with plenty of space and well-equipped kitchen, there is also a large refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher — features that are not always available in other rentals. It’s perfect for both short and long stays. We usually choose apartments when traveling, and this was one of the best we’ve experienced. The host is also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The more we stay, the more we feel like we're at home. The apartment is very large and comfortable. Staff is very welcome. We have been presented two bottles of good vine. Parking is convenient and it was never a challenge to find a free parking space. The pool is nice and the area around the pool is very cozy. However, we haven't used the pool. The beach is very close. The are also tennis courts very close. I recommend this beach, which is very close, https://maps.app.goo.gl/bVa9bG9x4pEcgPcJ7?g_st=ic. It's also not that bad for kids. There are 10 umbrellas with two sun beds each, so it's better to reserve/pay earlier (at around 9am should be ok). An umbrella with two sun beds costs 15 EUR/day. Go to Hostel Karlovac to make a reservation and pay. The other beach is quite distant and overcrowded https://goo.gl/maps/XbPtv7y8S9CkwYEq9. I would also recommend Restaurant Kantunić. There are not that many restaurants nearby, but this one is really good with a verify of different food to order. And if it like pizza, go to BISTRO PIZZERIA BAZENI. PS. there's also a washing machine at the apartments. Somehow it was not mentioned is facilities list.
